What are your opening hours?
Tuesday: 10am – 6pm | Wednesday: 10am – 3pm | Thursday: 10am – 7pm | Friday: 10am – 5pm | Saturday: 9am – 2pm | Sunday & Monday: Closed
Where are you located?
We're at 15 Waipapa Loop Road, Waipapa, Northland 0230 — just a short drive from Kerikeri. The building was originally the gum diggers trading post and later the post office before Kerikeri was born.
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available directly outside the salon.
Do you offer complimentary refreshments?
Absolutely! We offer a selection of complimentary hot and cold beverages including flat whites, lattes, cappuccinos, herbal teas, and more. Light snacks are also available.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Absolutely! Phone us, or stop in and we can arrange this for you.

Do prices vary?
Yes, prices are starting-from rates and may vary depending on hair length, thickness, and condition. We'll always discuss pricing during your consultation before beginning any service.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes! We offer complimentary consultations for colour services, keratin treatments, and major transformations. Book a consultation to discuss your hair goals.
What is your pricing policy?
All prices are subject to change. Product refunds must be done within 10 days of purchase with original receipt.

How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule your appointment by phone, in person, or book online 24/7 through our booking system. Call us at +64 9 401 6611 or text 022 618 7260.
Are reservations necessary?
Yes! So we don't disappoint we recommend you book at least 2 weeks in advance if you can.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Just yourself! If you have inspiration photos for a new style or colour, feel free to bring those along. We'll handle the rest, including a complimentary consultation.
Hair Care & Products
What makes Studio 15 a low-tox salon?
We carefully select products free from harsh chemicals like ammonia, parabens, and sulfates. We use KEVIN.MURPHY COLOR.ME which is PPD-free and ammonia-free, with naturally derived ingredients like aloe vera, honey, shea butter, and pomegranate.
What products do you use?
We primarily use Kevin Murphy and K18 professional products. Kevin Murphy COLOR.ME uses naturally derived ingredients and is PPD-free and ammonia-free. K18 provides molecular repair treatments for damaged hair.
What is Cezanne keratin smoothing?
Cezanne is a professional keratin smoothing treatment that is formaldehyde-free, paraben-free, sulphate-free, gluten-free, and phthalate-free. It smooths frizz and reduces styling time. Results last several months for the classic treatment, or up to 7 weeks for the instant smoothing option.
